CEO and Founder Alfonsa Riley was born in Clearwater, Florida.  He got his first start in music back in 2001 as a rapper. Later he founded the now independent music label and Management company Risky Bizness Entertainment in 2006. Focusing mainly on songwriting at the time he found himself being a ghost writer and songwriter for independent local artists and even wrote a hook on a song featuring international artist Ray J and Rapper Bun B. In the summer of 2008 he signed his youngest daughter to the talent management side of his company managing her modeling and acting career that flourished. Moving on to manage and add more talent to his roster he then signed professional model Shanell "The Model" to his management company. Continuing to work his regular nine to five while consistently building his empire the name Risky Bizness Entertainment finally got its big break in 2016 when he was given an worldwide distro deal through Symphonic. He then went on to sign his first music artists, international rap Duo and daughters "Pretti Emage". With their success in the music industry Risky Bizness Entertainment finally became a household name. In 2020 Alfonsa went on to sign his first singer-songwriter "The R&B Diva'' from Jacksonville, Florida Ms Shaadoh Session. With the successful launch of her music career alongside her label mate Pretti Emage, (which only has one active member as of 2022), Risky Bizness Entertainment once again proved to be a force to be reckoned with.  Today the company brand has grown tremendously making its mark as one of the best Indie Labels in Florida with no major backing yet still creating major opportunities for independent artists worldwide.
